Norfolk Council has operated out of control and needs reforming. Property and Water rates must not exceed inflationary rates. We need better use of the reserves while respecting the future needs. Council has to operate with Integrity, Accountability and complete transparency these are essential. We must respect our valuable asset which is our unique agricultural diversity with the ability to grow a wide variety of crops. Any development must respect this and any land development must have an agricultural impact assessment analysis. There must be vastly improved communication to the residents including clear and concise accounting of all transactions.
